Yes. You need a serial number to download the teaching materials. This is to ensure the rights of all teachers using our books. If you have purchased the book and require access to the corresponding teaching resources, please contact your assigned sales representative.

1. After logging in, go to the “Member Account” and click “Download Serial Number” on the left.

2. After entering the page, type in your serial number and click “Download Book.”

In two situations, the serial number may become invalid.

1. Wrong serial number: please check if the serial number is correct.

2. Expiring: the expiration date for a serial number is one year. If you need it for the new semester, please contact your assigned sales representative.
